Salomon serves on both the JVRA Club Advisory Board and the JVRA Men’s Volleyball Advisory Board as the Chair.  He has been a contributor to the success of JVRA Educational Resources for clubs as well as, a key advisor on all matters related to the recruiting process for both junior female and male athletes.

Salomon currently serves as Advancement Academy Boys (Columbus) and Advancement Academy West (Dayton) Club Director as well as the club’s full-time director of recruiting overseeing 19 boys’ teams. He currently serves as the Head Coach for the clubs 18-1 team. Outside of volleyball, Salomon is a full-time criminal defense attorney practicing out of Columbus Ohio after attending The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Originally form Caracas Venezuela, Salomon grew up playing competitive beach volleyball. He moved to Florida during his young teens where he continued playing before making his way to Washington DC for university studies. While at American University he assisted with the DI Women’s program under the direction of Berry Goldberg. While living in DC, Salomon also coached for Metro Volleyball Club as well as high school, ranging a wide variety of ages on both the boys and girl’s side. Salomon also serves a USAV High Performance coach.
